How to pay your association dues
Choose the option that best fits your needs. Please include your unit number and account reference (if applicable) with every payment.
Online payments (recommended)
Make a secure payment through the payment portal. This is the fastest way to post payments and view your balance.
Pay by check or money order
Mail payments per the remittance instructions provided on your statement or coupon book. Do not send cash.
Bank bill pay
Set up Grand Oasis Condominiums (or the association payee listed on your statement) as a payee with your bank. Allow extra time for delivery and processing.
Questions or payment research
If you believe a payment is missing or misapplied, contact Integrity Property Management with your unit number and payment details.

Where do I make an online payment?
Use the payment portal payment link provided by Integrity Property Management. If you do not have access, request assistance via the Contact Us page.
What information should I include with my payment?
Include your unit number and any account reference shown on your statement to help ensure accurate posting.
When is my payment considered on time?
Payments are considered received when posted/received by the association or its payment processor. Mailed payments may take additional time to deliver and process.
Can I use my bank’s bill pay?
Yes. Set up the payee exactly as shown on your statement and allow extra mailing time. Keep your bank confirmation for your records.
I made a payment—why isn’t it showing yet?
Allow processing time, especially for mailed payments and weekends/holidays. If it has been more than a few business days, contact Integrity Property Management with the payment date and amount.
Who do I contact about fees or a payment dispute?
